Short description: The aim of the course is to familiarize students with problems of International economic relations
Full description: Internalization of economy process. Imposing duties and its cosequences. Non – tarrif barriers, dumping, protectionism. Balance of payments, exchange rate and foreign exchange market. Policy adjustment. International monetary system. Globalization – advantages and risks.

Learning outcomes: A student gains essentials of the international trade theory. He understands basic processes occuring in a international economy. Student knows the factors determinining the international competitveness of the country. Student is able to determine the sphere of international competetiveness of countries. He is able to establish the relationship between production factors equipment of the country and economic development of the country. Student is able to assess the impast of international conditions on the flow of domestic products and factors of production.
Assessment methods and assessment criteria: Written exam. Evaluation of the test and analysis of case studies.
